✅ Who Can Be Referred?

• The candidate must not already exist in the THN database.
• They should not have been referred by anyone else or sourced by THN directly.
• The referred candidate must complete 90 days of continuous employment with the employer.

📩 How to Refer a Candidate

• Register or Login at www.talenthivenetwork.com.
• Go to the Referral Section and:
  • Enter your referral code during registration, or
  • Submit the candidate's details directly.
• Use Your Unique Referral Link to invite candidates.
• Ensure the candidate completes their profile and applies through your link.

🎁 Referral Rewards

• 1️⃣ HR Recruitment Services
  If your referred candidate gets hired via THN's recruitment services:
  • You'll earn 1% of their annual CTC.
  • Minimum payout: ₹500 | Maximum payout: ₹5,000.
• 2️⃣ THN Data Bundle Purchase
  If a company buys a data bundle containing your referred candidate:
  • You'll earn ₹10 per purchase.
  • Maximum earning: ₹100 per candidate (10 purchases max).

📌 Important Conditions

• Only new & valid referrals are eligible.
• First come, first rewarded: In case of duplicates, the first submission (timestamp-based) is honored.
• Payment Timeline: Rewards are verified and paid within 30 days of eligibility.
• KYC Required for all payouts.
• If the candidate resigns or is terminated within 90 days, no reward is applicable, and any advance must be refunded.
