Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for executives and other staff. Document Preparation: Creating, editing, and proofreading reports, presentations, and other documents. Record Keeping: Maintaining organized physical and electronic files, databases, and records. Office Management: Overseeing general office operations, including procurement of supplies and managing vendor relationships.
