Description:
Design & development of Tractors, Agricultural Implements/ Automotive Transmission of Sedan Car and SPM. Proven previous work experience of developing whole tractor/ Tractor integration. Practical and demonstrated experience of solid modeling of parts and assemblies. Experience in the design and development of products in accordance to given guidelines. Experience in high volume manufacturing and assembly processes. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Design Control procedures. Experience in designing production equivalent rapid prototypes. Complete understanding of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field of product development. General knowledge of related disciplines and Concept Layout preparation. Knowledge of Vehicle Integration. Knowledge of Synchromesh Transmission, Slide mesh Transmission & constant Mesh Transmission. Clutch system design including Clutch Actuation & Clutch size selection. Selection of Bearings & Basic calculations of bearing load. Design & Calculation of Gears & Gear box with the help of Kiss software & Romax software. Awareness of Transmission component material & related Heat Treatment processes is necessary. Design and drafting of components and making assemblies using Pro-E 3D & 2D or Creo, TEAMCENTER VISMOCK UP 8.3 to 10.1, CATIA V5R15, UG NX6 -11, & SOLID EDGE-ST9. Experience in Value Engineering of Transmission system. CAD Basic knowledge, PRO-E or Creo exposure and knowledge of analysis soft wares like ROMAX, Kiss soft would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Transmission Costing will be an added advantage. Responsible for maintaining the documentation of Design Components, related to ISO 2008:9001. Responsible for the Hand Calculation, designs, development, & manufacturing of various gears. Provide technical support to other departments like purchase, Quality assurance and assembly. Provide technical support to vendors to sort out any technical/manufacturing process problems at their end.
