Job Description

Accounts:

  1. Maintain day-to-day accounting records (purchase, sales, receipts, payments).
  2. Handle GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.
  3. Prepare vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
  4. Assist in preparing monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet).
  5. Coordinate with CA or auditor for financial closing and tax filing.

Admin:

  1. Office supply & asset management.
  2. Attendance, leave, and basic HR record keeping.
  3. Coordination with vendors and service providers.
  4. Maintain office files, bills, and documentation.
  5. Handle phone calls, emails, courier, and facility management.
