Job Description
  1. Assist in day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP software
  2. Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices
  3. Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
  4. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank books
  5. Maintain records of expenses, vouchers, and bills
  6. Assist in GST data preparation and basic compliance work
  7. Support senior accountant in monthly closing and reporting
  8. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
  9. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for account-related matters
