Job Description
  1. Manage accounts payable and receivable operations.
  2. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  3. Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger management.
  4. Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
  5. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations.
  6. Perform bank reconciliation and coordinate with banks for transactions.
  7. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data.
  8. Process payroll entries, vendor bills, and expense claims.
  9. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
  10. Use accounting software (like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books) for all financial entries.
