Job Description
  1. Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
  2. Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger & bookkeeping
  3. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  4. Handle P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Reports
  5. Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance
  6. Manage internal and external audits
  7. Prepare MIS reports for management review
  8. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
  9. Control and optimize cost structures
  10. Manage banking activities, fund flow & treasury functions
  11. Reconcile vendor/customer accounts and bank statements
  12. Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
  13. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
  14. Implement financial controls and improve accounting processes
