Job Description
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  2. Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions/services.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, finance) to deliver client requirements.
  5. Manage client accounts, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of services.
