Job Description
  1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts).
  2. Maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and ledger entries.
  3. Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  4. Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports.
  5. Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
  6. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments for accounting data.
  8. Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits.
  9. Assist senior accountants with finalization of accounts.
  10. Use accounting software for data entry and financial monitoring.
