Job Description

Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping activities.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.
Manage GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings and compliance.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain and update financial databases and software systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP).
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial data.
