Job Description
  1. Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  2. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
  3. Create engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  4. Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure cost-effective results and maintain target CPC, CTR, and CPA.
  5. Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and audiences to identify high-performing combinations.
  6. Optimize campaigns for higher ROI and quality leads.
  7. Set up and manage conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
  8. Generate detailed performance reports and share insights with marketing teams or clients.
  9. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and policies in digital advertising platforms.
  10. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand goals.
