Job Description
  1. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to define ML problem statements and success metrics.
  2. Pre-process, clean and analyze data sets to identify features, patterns and insights.
  3. Develop and train machine learning models (supervised/unsupervised) using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  4. Fine-tune and optimize models (hyperparameters, feature engineering, cross-validation).
  5. Deploy models/APIs or support the deployment work (e.g., using Flask/Django APIs, cloud services, Docker/Kubernetes).
  6. Monitor model performance in production (drift, data quality), iterate to improve.
  7. Document code, processes, results; present findings to stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated with latest research/trends in AI/ML (NLP, CV, generative models) and apply suitable techniques to business problems.
