Job Description
  1. Lead and mentor a team of Android and Flutter developers.
  2. Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable mobile app solutions.
  3. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and responsive interfaces.
  4. Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code using Kotlin, Java, and Dart.
  5. Ensure seamless API integration, database management, and third-party SDK integration.
  6. Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and battery usage.
  7. Manage the full mobile app development lifecycle — from concept to deployment.
  8. Conduct code reviews, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  9. Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development frameworks, tools, and libraries.
  10. Collaborate with QA teams for testing, debugging, and continuous improvement.
  11. Handle Google Play Store and App Store release processes and updates.
  12. Contribute to technical documentation and training sessions for the team.
