Job Description
  1. Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Manage employee relations and address HR-related queries and concerns.
  4. Assist in performance appraisal, employee evaluation, and career development programs.
  5. Handle HR operations such as payroll, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  7. Support training and development initiatives for employees.
  8. Maintain and update HR records, reports, and HRMIS systems.
  9. Collaborate with senior HR managers on strategic HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  10. Assist in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  11. Participate in HR audits and compliance checks.
