Timing:

  1. 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Day)
  2. 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Day)
  3. 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM (Night)
  4. 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM (Night)

Skills and Requirements:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  2. Fluent English Speaking is Mandatory.
  3. Good Communication Skills.
  4. High-level written and verbal communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
  2. To update and prepare summary incident reports on critical/complex/Major incidents suitable for internal and external management review.
  3. Working response through phone-calls or e-mails.
  4. To perform the quality checks of clarify incidents ensuring the updates are done as per the customer and service excellence expectations, ensuring templates are followed.
  5. Maintain / Update Weekly report.
  6. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications.
  7. Make sure to correct the format (i.e., font size, font style, bold/bracket name, bullet points, remove blank space, text alignment, margin etc.)
  8. If the details in mail is too brief make it short with sense and covering all the points.
  9. Always correct grammar, spell check, punctuation
  10. Make a call to the site to investigate relevant information and update it accordingly.
  11. Check the format of document sent by the site, if not proper then ask the site to resend in the latest format.
