Supervise billet yard operations (receiving, stacking, storage, and dispatch)
Ensure proper material identification, heat number tagging, and traceability
Plan and monitor billet movement to production as per rolling schedule
Maintain yard inventory records and stock reconciliation
Coordinate with production, logistics, crane operators, and transporters
Ensure safe operation of cranes, forklifts, and yard equipment
Monitor loading/unloading activities and prevent material damage
Ensure adherence to safety rules, SOPs, and 5S practices
Report daily yard activities, shortages, and damages
Support quality checks and audits
Handle manpower allocation and shift planning in the yard
