Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, SRS, FSD).
Communicate with clients to understand project objectives and scope.
Translate requirements into clear user stories and workflow diagrams.
Conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis for new or existing systems.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
Prepare project documentation, wireframes, and process flows.
Support Agile/Scrum processes and participate in sprint planning & reviews.
Assist in UAT planning, test case creation, and client-side testing.
Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities in processes.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with quality.
