Job Description
  1. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  2. Document functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, and workflows.
  3. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  4. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
  6. Create use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
  7. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during implementation.
  8. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain backlog items.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
