Job Description
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
  2. Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and convert prospects into customers
  3. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  5. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies
  6. Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
  7. Close deals and ensure smooth handover to operations / delivery teams
  8. Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  9. Track sales performance and prepare MIS, forecasts, and reports
  10. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
