Job Description
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  2. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.

  4. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

  7. Provide leadership and mentorship to Business Development Executives (BDEs) or sales team members.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  9. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine business strategies.
  10. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reports to management.
