Job Description
  1. Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  3. Monitor partner performance and provide guidance to improve sales productivity.
  4. Conduct training and enablement programs for channel partners.
  5. Negotiate agreements, pricing, and incentives with partners.
  6. Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast future sales.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive channel promotions and campaigns.
  8. Identify new business opportunities and potential partners to expand market reach.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  10. Resolve conflicts and issues with partners efficiently.
