Job Description
  1. Prepare and maintain financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, etc.
  2. Handle full-cycle accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management.
  3. Perform statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit as per regulatory guidelines.
  4. Manage GST compliance, monthly/quarterly filing, reconciliation, and reporting.
  5. Prepare and file Income Tax returns for individuals, firms, and companies.
  6. Ensure compliance with TDS/TCS calculations, deductions, and returns.
  7. Oversee accounts finalization and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  8. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
  9. Prepare MIS reports to support management decision-making.
  10. Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  11. Review accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliation, and BRS.
  12. Support corporate finance activities including funding, loans, investment analysis, etc.
  13. Provide financial advice, planning, and strategy support to management.
