Job Description
  1. Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
  2. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
  4. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
  5. Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout construction.
  6. Prepare and verify measurements, BOQs, and contractor bills.
  7. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
  8. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and project documentation.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  10. Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
  11. Coordinate material procurement and inventory at the site.
