Job Description
  1. Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for dimensional inspection of components.
  2. Perform first article inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection of parts.
  3. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
  4. Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
  5. Ensure measurement accuracy using gauges, vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
  6. Identify quality defects and report non-conformities to the quality team.
  7. Maintain proper calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.
  8. Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
  9. Follow quality standards, safety rules, and company policies.
