  1. Assemble CNC machines and related mechanical/electrical components according to technical drawings and specifications.
  2. Perform machine setup, calibration, and alignment for accurate operations.
  3. Test and inspect assembled components and systems for functionality and quality compliance.
  4. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in CNC machines.
  5. Collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams for efficient assembly operations.
  6. Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed during assembly and testing.
  7. Maintain records of assembly, maintenance, and testing activities.
  8. Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  9. Assist in installation, commissioning, and field support of CNC machines.
  10. Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and industry best practices.
