Job Description
  1. Create CNC programs for VTL and other CNC machines using G-code/M-code or CAM software
  2. Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing requirements
  3. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for materials
  4. Set up machine tools and ensure correct offsets and parameters
  5. Optimize machining cycles for productivity and quality
  6. Troubleshoot and modify existing programs for process improvements
  7. Coordinate with operators and quality team for defect-free production
  8. Maintain program library and documentation
  9. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
