Job Description
  1. Prepare and cook continental dishes including appetizers, main courses, and desserts according to standardized recipes.
  2. Assist the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in menu execution, plating, and presentation of dishes.
  3. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal of all prepared dishes.
  4. Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and maintain inventory levels.
  5. Monitor and maintain food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
  6. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, stovetops, and blenders.
  7. Assist in preparation for events, banquets, and daily service.
  8. Participate in new recipe development and seasonal menu specials.
  9. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
