Job Description
  1. Prepare and present cold kitchen dishes including salads, dressings, charcuterie, canapés, and appetizers according to standardized recipes.
  2. Assist the Chef de Partie / Senior Garde Manger in menu execution, plating, and buffet arrangements.
  3. Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, maintaining cold storage and hygiene standards.
  4. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal of all prepared dishes.
  5. Monitor and maintain food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the cold kitchen.
  6. Assist in inventory management, checking stock levels, and minimizing wastage.
  7. Prepare and display cheese boards, cold cuts, and buffet platters for events or daily service.
  8. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
  9. Participate in new recipe development and seasonal menu specials for the cold kitchen.
