Job Description
  1. Operate core-making machines (Shell Core / Cold Box / Hot Box machines)
  2. Prepare and mix sand, resin, and chemicals as per specification
  3. Set up molds and core boxes properly
  4. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings when required
  5. Inspect finished cores for defects (cracks, air holes, breakage)
  6. Maintain production records and daily reports
  7. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
  8. Follow safety guidelines and PPE standards
  9. Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams
