Job Description
  1. Collect parcels from warehouse/hub and deliver to customers as per schedule.
  2. Ensure safe handling of packages to avoid damage or loss.
  3. Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and submit to accounts team.
  4. Update delivery status in mobile app/system in real-time.
  5. Plan and manage delivery routes efficiently.
  6. Coordinate with warehouse team for returns and undelivered shipments.
  7. Maintain daily delivery records and reports.
  8. Follow traffic rules and safety protocols at all times.
