Job Description
  1. Pick up parcels from warehouse/hub and deliver to customers on time.
  2. Ensure safe handling of packages to avoid damage or loss.
  3. Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and submit to the office.
  4. Update delivery status through mobile application or system.
  5. Plan daily routes efficiently to complete assigned deliveries.
  6. Coordinate with warehouse team for returns and undelivered shipments.
  7. Maintain delivery records and submit daily reports.
  8. Follow traffic rules and company safety standards.
