Job Description
  1. Plan, implement, and monitor CSR projects as per company CSR policy
  2. Coordinate with NGOs, government bodies, and local stakeholders
  3. Manage CSR activities related to education, health, environment, skill development, etc.
  4. Ensure compliance with CSR provisions under the Companies Act
  5. Prepare CSR reports, documentation, and impact assessment reports
  6. Monitor CSR budgets, fund utilization, and project timelines
  7. Conduct field visits and oversee on-ground implementation
  8. Support employee volunteering and community engagement initiatives
  9. Maintain CSR MIS, records, and statutory documentation
  10. Assist in annual CSR disclosures and audits
