Job Description
  1. Operate and monitor Cut-to-Length (CTL) line machines for steel/metal coil processing
  2. Load coils using EOT crane or forklift and ensure proper alignment
  3. Set machine parameters such as length, thickness, and cutting tolerance
  4. Monitor PLC/HMI controls and ensure smooth line operation
  5. Perform sheet cutting, leveling, and stacking as per production plan
  6. Inspect finished sheets for dimension accuracy and surface quality
  7. Identify and report machine faults or breakdowns to maintenance team
  8. Minimize scrap and ensure optimum material utilization
  9. Maintain daily production and inspection records
  10. Follow safety procedures, PPE usage, and shop-floor discipline
