Job Description
  1. Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies.
  3. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM software.
  4. Ensure timely resolution of issues and follow up with customers as necessary.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to resolve customer concerns.
  6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  7. Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, response rate, and quality score.
  8. Handle inbound and outbound calls as per process requirements.
  9. Escalate complex issues to higher management when needed.
  10. Continuously improve communication and service quality through feedback and training.
