  1. Handle customer queries, complaints & feedback via call, email, chat or in-person
  2. Ensure positive customer experience and high satisfaction levels
  3. Resolve issues within defined TAT and follow escalation processes
  4. Maintain accurate customer records & interaction logs
  5. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  6. Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvement
  7. Support onboarding, retention & loyalty initiatives
