Job Description
  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries professionally.
  2. Understand customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information or solutions.
  3. Log, track, and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
  4. Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  7. Achieve performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  8. Assist in onboarding new customers or providing product/service training when required.
  9. Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for process improvement.
  10. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
