Job Description
  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries, complaints, and service requests.
  2. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  3. Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM or ticketing system.
  4. Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution.
  6. Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and processes.
  7. Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  8. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
  9. Support team in achieving customer service goals and KPIs.
  10. Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
