Job Description
  1. Handle customer queries through call, chat, or email
  2. Provide accurate information about products/services
  3. Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Maintain records of customer interactions and actions taken
  5. Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and processes
  6. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
  7. Coordinate with internal teams for faster issue resolution
  8. Perform follow-ups to ensure issues are closed
  9. Maintain service level standards (SLA) and productivity metrics
  10. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
  11. Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports
