Job Description
  1. Enter and update daily data in the ERP system (sales, purchase, inventory, production, accounts, etc.).
  2. Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality and correctness.
  3. Prepare and update reports such as stock statements, purchase orders, GRN, invoices, etc.
  4. Verify data received from different departments before entering into ERP.
  5. Generate ERP-based documents (bills, challans, delivery notes, reports).
  6. Coordinate with store, accounts, purchase, and sales teams for data clarification.
  7. Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of company data and follow data security guidelines.
  9. Assist in basic administrative and documentation tasks.
  10. Support ERP system upgrades or module updates when required.
