Job Description
  1. Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, bread, chocolates, and other confectionery items according to standardized recipes.
  2. Assist the Head Chef / Pastry Chef in menu execution, plating, and presentation of bakery and dessert items.
  3. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal of bakery and confectionery products.
  4. Monitor and maintain food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
  5. Assist in inventory management, checking stock levels, ordering raw materials, and minimizing wastage.
  6. Operate and maintain baking and confectionery equipment (ovens, mixers, chocolate tempering machines, etc.).
  7. Participate in new product development and seasonal dessert specials.
  8. Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours, festivals, or special events.
  9. Ensure timely preparation of bakery and confectionery items for restaurant service, events, or retail sales.
