Job Description
  1. Generate leads through calls, emails, social platforms, and field visits
  2. Identify new business opportunities within domestic markets
  3. Explain product features and provide product demonstrations
  4. Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  7. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
  8. Handle inquiries, provide pricing details, and negotiate terms
  9. Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  10. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing & deliveries
  11. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
  12. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  13. Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
