Job Description

Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
Handle product listing, catalog creation, updating product descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams.
Process orders, returns, cancellations, and ensure timely dispatch.
Optimize product listings using SEO keywords to improve ranking and visibility.
Run and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon & other marketplaces (optional based on company requirement).
Monitor marketplace performance metrics, ratings, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
