Job Description
  1. Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, wiring, circuits, motors, transformers, and other electrical systems.
  2. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  3. Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  4. Inspect electrical systems and equipment for faults, wear, or potential hazards.
  5. Lead and coordinate a team of electricians and technicians on-site.
  6. Maintain electrical logs, reports, and technical documentation.
  7. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
  8. Assist in troubleshooting complex electrical issues and implement solutions.
  9. Ensure proper inventory and procurement of electrical materials.
  10. Conduct training and mentoring for junior staff on safety and technical procedures.
  11. Monitor energy usage and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
