Job Description
  1. Plan, design, and execute menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  2. Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  3. Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
  4. Manage food costing, portion control, and waste reduction to optimize profitability.
  5. Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor management for kitchen supplies.
  6. Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with FSSAI and HACCP guidelines.
  7. Hire, train, and supervise chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff.
  8. Coordinate with restaurant management for menu updates, special events, and promotions.
  9. Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and safety standards.
  10. Maintain food safety documentation and ensure compliance with health inspections.
