Job Description
  1. Develop and implement export strategies to achieve international sales targets.
  2. Identify and explore new overseas markets for business expansion.
  3. Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and letters of credit (LC).
  4. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and clients to ensure smooth export operations.
  5. Manage logistics, dispatch, and transportation for timely delivery of export consignments.
  6. Ensure compliance with export-import laws, Incoterms, and government regulations.
  7. Negotiate with international clients regarding pricing, terms of trade, and order schedules.
  8. Prepare and monitor export MIS reports, forecasts, and market performance.
  9. Coordinate with internal departments like production, finance, and quality to meet export requirements.
  10. Maintain long-term relationships with global buyers and distributors.
  11. Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote products.
