Job Description
  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters, stewards, and bus staff.
  2. Ensure smooth service in the restaurant, banquet, or bar areas.
  3. Greet guests warmly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  4. Handle table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest feedback.
  5. Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to kitchen/bar staff.
  6. Ensure proper table setup, mise-en-place, and cleanliness before and after service.
  7. Train and guide service staff in service standards, etiquette, and upselling techniques.
  8. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and efficient service delivery.
  9. Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
  10. Manage guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  11. Ensure compliance with hygiene, grooming, and safety standards (FSSAI / HACCP).
  12. Support the F&B Manager in daily reports, staff scheduling, and stock control.
