  1. Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  2. Present menu, explain dishes, and suggest recommendations.
  3. Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system.
  4. Serve food & beverages as per hotel service standards.
  5. Ensure table setup, cutlery arrangement, and cleanliness.
  6. Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and service.
  7. Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests.
  8. Maintain hygiene and safety standards in service areas.
  9. Assist in room service order taking and serving.
  10. Process billing and handle cash/card payments.
  11. Upsell food & beverage items to enhance revenue.
  12. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
  13. Follow grooming and hospitality etiquette at all times.
