Job Description
  1. Welcome and assist guests in the restaurant, banquet, or F&B outlets.
  2. Take orders accurately and ensure timely service of food and beverages.
  3. Ensure proper table setup, presentation, and cleanliness.
  4. Supervise service staff (for Captain role) to maintain service standards.
  5. Handle guest complaints politely and ensure guest satisfaction.
  6. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant policies.
  7. Assist in menu recommendations and upselling specials.
  8. Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service operations.
  9. Maintain inventory of service items and report shortages.
  10. Ensure smooth functioning during banquets, events, or peak hours.
