Job Description
  1. Supervise daily fettling and grinding operations.
  2. Manage manpower and allocate work according to production plans.
  3. Monitor casting cleaning, grinding, shot blasting and finishing activities.
  4. Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
  5. Identify and reduce casting defects during fettling.
  6. Monitor consumption of grinding tools, steel shots and other materials.
  7. Maintain daily production and output records.
  8. Coordinate with Production and Quality departments.
  9. Ensure workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
