Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
  2. Conduct product/service presentations and sales pitches to prospective customers.
  3. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
  7. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  8. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Willingness to travel if required.
